Oh wonderful information, I took your list to the pharmacy and came away with b complex and vit e, that is all jordan has. I have vit c at home and some grape seed, I bought lechithin earlier this week. I went to the herbalist and got some yarrow and salix whatever that is for parasite cleansing. Also a friend told me to buy castor oil and a 9 volt battery for zapping. So hear I am friend, with just this can I survive, oh yeah have some b12.
