I don't believe any of them will kill parasites.

There are several things that will kill parasites. I don't know if you can get them in your part of the world. Maybe some.

Black walnut hulls (I think this is due to the iodine content)
Garlic (friends and worms would rather not be around you with garlic)
Colloidal silver (no parasite wants to be near silver)
