I know there was already at least one client complaint to the Administrator regarding this doc in the last 6 months. I started the complaint process a few months ago and got lost in the morass of extensions, and phone tag.
The irony of the situation is that when people fall very ill one of the things that tends to fall to the wayside is paperwork, record keeping etc. I was a support group leader for 5 years and helped many to get the help they needed. Another irony...
