Re: Fruitarian diet as a cure?
It's a big debate on these forums, does fruit help with Candida or not?
Personally, I was finally cured from 10 years of Candida by eating almost all fruit for 6 months (I had 1 night per week where I'd eat socially). Currently I take almost no supplements other than a dewormer tonic twice per week and a liver tonic before protein rich meals.
I think some people have tried fruit on here but they:
1) Don't have their Candida under control at all and in the short term fruit will feed Candida. You have to make it past the first week. You can get Candida somewhat under control by eating a Candida diet (no junk!) and taking an antifungal.
2) Are too extreme and start eating too much fruit too soon instead of gradually building up. I started by eating only one fruit meal every 3 days, and I listened to my body and increased from there. I recommend the same thing for others.
3) Not all people tolerate all fruit. You really have to listen to your body to know what you can and cannot eat. For example, I was unable to eat bananas for the first 3 months, but it may be great for someone else. I still hate avocadoes.
If you go to the Barefoot site (he's on curezone), he has a PDF he calls "Book I". If you're nice he'll give you the password to download it. In it, there is a 14-day orange fast. It's basically a 3 day
Water Fast followed by 11 days of eating only oranges as a meal. Barefoot took it from an old medical textbook. The doctor who invented it had a 100% success rate and cured over 63 000 patients with terminal illnesses with it.
I also think that doing a Humaworm or Barefoot dewormer
parasite cleanse before proceeding is also important, at least it will be for some people.
