Amen! I too am a fruit eater like vx built up slow and listen to my body. You will get worse before you get better so you need to get thru the first week. You also need to be eating some leaf greens. For the calcium. I personally take the budwig diet twice a day (yogurt and flaxseeds, caynne), this is my calcium. I take no pharmaceuticals, I do everything natural as food herbs. I use to take brewers yeast with no success, no vit c, e, or anything. I take grape seed, ginger, tumeric, fennel, olive leaf and kelp. I felt I was getting worse on the candida diet and only felt whole when I went this way, but like vx states it is not for everyone.
