"Berries and granny smith apples are allowed, however in the early stages of candida infection the Sugar in fruit will spread candida. When candida is greatly reduced and your concentrating and getting your friendly flora to grow back the fruit Sugar can be helpful."


What doctor B says was pretty much what I experienced. You have to get the Candida at least partially under control with a no-junk Candida diet and anti-fungals first and then fruit will help a lot.
