its fine to have natural yogurt as long it has no Sugar in its ingredients. rather then having canned vegies have frozen they are alot better for you as they maintain a lot more nutrients. not having all organic is fine but make sure you keep a balance of both organic and non- organic and try to get organic where you can. also rather then having flaxseed oil you can use a coffee grinder to grind up 2 tablespoons of flaxseeds as its a lot better for you and the oil is a rancid product. its alot cheaper this way aswell. hope this helps.
