Thanks! We don't have organic goat's milk cottage cheese available in our area that I know of. I would have thought it's OK to use organic canned fruits & veggies. I did buy fresh as well but the organic store just opened this past week & have a buy one/get one free sell with the organic canned fruits & veggies. What's the difference between raw honey,organic honey,& plain honey in a container? I only see "honey"as an ingredient in all these anyhow. Are you talking about honey right from the bee's nest?

I didn't buy any regular flaxseeds neither. I've read a ton of info from the cancer sure site & even though I like the site the navigation is somewhat difficult. I don't remember seeing anything specific about using goat's milk. I didn't get goat's milk cottage cheese or yogurt. I honestly wouldn't even know where to start for goat's milk in our area. However, I did get organic in both. What do you mean more honey at the beginning? I thought the flaxseed oil/flaxseeds & cottage cheese was the ingredients that needed to more in quantity at the start. I'll use the above mentioned groups to get more info! Thanks! Tweet
