Hello Jon,

Let's take another look at this...

The active ingredient in WF10 is Tetrachlorodecaoxide.

Your wiki link gives Oxoferin as a synonym for WF10.

Now, if we look up reference 5 we find

I think we may be able to conclude that WF10 and TCDO are simply very dilute solutions of NaClO2.
