Yep...Dr. Clark's slow liver cleanse is just another version. The one I suggested is a little easier...doesn't use the whole lemon and you don't have to mix the oil in with the lemon water. These are different than the liver/gallbladder flush, though...you may get a few stones here and there with the slow method, but nothing like the quantity you will get to a complete flush. There are some circumstances where a full flush is not advisable...if the bowel is quite congested with toxic material or if one's health is rather compromised and their body is already overwhelmed with toxins. In the first case the toxins released from the liver may not fully exit the body and be reabsorbed in the colon causing the liver to have to process them once again. In the second case the toxins dumped from the liver so rapidly may throw a person into a major healing crisis and further debilitate them. The slow method is safer and more comfortable in these cases...a full flush can be done when the colon has been cleansed and improvements have been made in overall health. It is also a good way of maintenance Liver Cleansing after a series of Liver Flushes has been completed.
