Compressed opening of colon after cleaning

Litle story on mo condition.
Had Ankylosing Spondilities(bechterew) for ten years and my doctor and reumatlogist wanted to disable me, i started searcing the net and find the book the starch free diet by carol sinclair. After 4 days my pains and stiffnes of my spine and hips was gone, as long as i followed this i was fine only a vitamin pill whit starch was enough to get the pain back. After finnished my dental operations i am getting much better.
removed nine theet in total rootcanals, Amalgams six cavitations wich one was as big as your fingertip and went underneath the main nerve, and one thoot that was killed by my so called expert dentist in Norway and was very toxix and gave me much pain in nine months before i find one of the best spesialist on cavitation in the world, Dr Munroe Hall in England, http://www.dentalhelp.org (i used one year too search for the best spesialist in Norway!!) There are myabe ten very good specialist on cavitation in the world!

I now follow i diet that suits my metabolism.

Ok my question: i did a coloncleansing program from Hulda Clark e and when massaging the upper rigth corner of the colon i find a hard area that i probably massaged litle too hard..! i exspelled a litle finger sised squareshaped and very hard and dry piece..
After this ten days cleansing i have had constipation and some pain in the upper rigth side when constipaded. I did not take a enema with probiotics after and had a food poisening in Ghana( work on a ship)When i have a bowel movement (Have to use remedies for this) i can see that my stool are pressed flat and so it looks like it is a small passage to come tru, Do have a suggestion to what i should do...!


My plan now is to make another coloncleansing cure. plus colonics. and coffe enema.
Question: can i take vita biosa as an retension enema for using it too soften the plack in my colon, any dangers.. http://www.biosanorge.no/ or do you recomend other remedys, maybea the herb tea i used in the clarke cure..
I will also add retension enema whit probiotic.

I have a candida problem after the dead thoot that my dentist killed after replacing a big filling, the thoot was in there nine months before extraxtion and my tongue become all white and i got a completely dry mouth when i sleep.
