Doing a Colon Cleanse and parasite cleanse simultaneously can be really tricky...especially if you are not fasting. The reason for this is because you have to space the p&b shakes and the parasite cleansing herbs and your meals so that they are all effective and don't interfere with each other. The shakes will alter the absorption of nutrients and herbs if taken too closely with food or the parasite cleanse.

I would suggest that you either do the Colon Cleanse first and then do the parasite cleanse...or you can follow a program like the Ultimate Fast. I don't agree with everything in this program...it's not long enough for a thorough colon cleanse...and you don't need to use those specific products. But at least this will give you some idea of how you can effectively do both cleanses at the same time.
