I wasn't aware that the dr title was given to him by webmaster, but it doesn't really bare relevance to the point of misrepresentation. this is because it is the responsibility of the person accepting the title. if charlie has no doctorate, it is he that needs to refuse representing himself as such. it doesn't matter it wasn't him initiating it...he is perpetuating it and in doing so, representing himself this way. this actually is an area of law, should you wish to investigate it.

I've even read of herbal colleges telling their students to be careful even in casual communication with people. if someone refers to them as a doctor, it is up to the herbalist to correct them.

anyway, I'm not trying to change your mind personally about him. you are on his side and that's okay. this is just to say that it's the person's responsibility to be careful on how they are presenting themselves, particuly when in the position of health consultation.
