The problem is you bought it bottled
Instead of making blanket statements like this, maybe you should ask "what am I doing wrong?".
The problem is not that it's distilled water, it's that it's bottled. Sadly, bottled water is worse than tap water, it's often filled with bacteria because it's been in storage or on the shelf for so long. It's probably drinking the same bacteria again and again that's causing you to lose your hair. The same thing happenned to a guy who used filtered water but never changed his filter for 2 years. Bacteria can cause this, especially injesting the same bacteria over and over again. That's why
Hulda Clark recommends tap water over bottled water, you may get bursts of toxins but they will be of different kinds, taking the same toxin day after day is more detrimental.
Also, the bottling procedure can add other contaminants, plastic leaching and even wood alcohol can be found in the water since it's used to clean the packaging equipment. Distilled water should be made from your own water distiller.
Health crusaders like Paul Bragg drank only distilled water for 70 years and had thousands (70 000+) patients as well doing the same thing, and they never had problems. The US Navy uses distilled water as well. Most of us have lived off distilled water for months.
Rain water is distilled water, naturally. Same process. People who live in non-polluted environments drink the rain water and enjoy some of the best health in the world.
So what I'm saying is that if you're going to drink distilled water, buy a water distiller.
Also, you should not rule out that there may be toxic environmental conditions in your home that might also be a factor.
Hulda Clark 's book "
The Cure For All Diseases " can help you figure it out but it's sometimes difficult to identify. Something is different at your friends house and it may or may not be the water.
If you want to read a book on water, read "Water: The Shock truth .." by Bragg or his Miracle of Fasting book. It would answer peoples questions like "Why do my fish die in distilled water?"...
