I totally agree with Andrew.

I've been drinking distilled water for nigh on 30 years, fasting and eating, and have a full head of hair with no grey patches whatsoever. I am 55 years of age and look about 35. (so people tell me).
I'm afraid your post is erroneous and misinformed...............
I would question the source and purity of your "distilled water".
