Re: Don't Drink Distilled Water

It's been proven that we cannot absorb the minerals from water, the minerals found in ground water are inorganic. Only organic minerals (from food) can be absorbed and used.

If someone wishes to test for mineral deficiency, there are many ways to test this to end speculation: blood test, active live blood cell, iridology, etc. If the problem is indeed some nutritional deficiency.

Paul Bragg drank distilled water, talked to hundreds of longevity experts, had over 70 years of patients (thousands), and lived to 96 (died in an accident). He said long term drinking of hard tap water will lead to a clogging of the arteries and witnessed many people dying early because of this. I'd trust his expertise over a former fat guy.

It's an interesting question to ask people who are better experts on fasting though, maybe they can answer the question with their expertise.
