Re: Atheist Einstein's hidden letter: "God is childish superstition"
So you agree then? I wish you would just come out and say it my friend: the god of religions, and the bible, and that Jesus is the son of god [whatever that means], are just fantasies, as in "childish superstitions".
When you change the meaning of god to be "our inner spirituality", and those connections between people and between people and nature that we do not see, and love, then it is not the same as the god of the bible. I certainly agree that all these are real, and neither I nor Einstein meant to say otherwise. Atheists are just of the opinion that there is no "guy in the sky who created everything".
The question of "what DID create all this?" can be asked without referance to "god". I, and many others, believe [as in, we don't know for sure, but it appears to be...] that the great length of time has produced so many combinations and opportunities for life that when the right stuff occured, it thrived and it lived, and eventually it became us.
But the topic of "god" is boring, lets stop it ok?
