Thank you. It seems to be a very intuitive diet, and between the fasting and refeeding with whole foods I think vegetarian or not one can benefit.
I'll just have to try it and see how it works for me.
For someone who is not fond of vegetarianism, I think it's ironic that he has a review from Havey Diamond, author of the Natural Hygiene book "Fit for Life", right on the front cover. I used the Fit for Life program back in 1989 with great success, so if he promotes WD I'm sure it's worth a try.
