My hormone doc is an intergrative traditional/complimentary doc who is an internist who specializes in hormone imbalances. She had me on bio-identical hormones, and some herbs ( had problems with the dosages, but that is a different story). She is a doctor in the same place that the actress Suzanne Summers (Three's Company) goes to. Now, I don't care about the celebrity factor, just that I would hope that she would go to a place that is good, and she writes about this place in one of her books.

Now about soy and plastics,..I have an appointment in two weeks, and plan on asking her about the plastics, and about the soy. I do want more info about WHY she think soy is okay for me.

I am hoping she has a good explanation. Maybe in my case it is okay for some reason. If I don't like her answer, then I would consider another doc. BUT, there aren't many alternative hormone docs where I am. I don't have many choices.

P.S. What about Wheat Grass shots? I asked her about that, and she said okay. I started them to try to improve my detoxification. Is there anything wrong with a wheat grass shot a day? Please don't say yes..............groan...
