Estrogen Dominance-Unusual question!

Hi There

I badly need reassurance. I have very bad estrogen metabolism, and estrogen dominance. Last year (I am 44), I had an endometrioma and my right ovary removed. I now have PTSD about the surgery, CONVINCED I will need more surgery at any time, as I have been working with several doctors to try to normalize my estrogen. Nothing has worked so far. Yes, my diet is very good, yes I have tried some hormones (based on extensive testing), one problem I have is I can't tolerate (bio-identical) progesterone cream, no matter how tiny the amount. It triggers bad, bad IBS symptoms. I keep trying every month, but have to stop because I can't tolerate it. My doc is working with me to try everything possible to reduce my estrogen. I am on EstroDIM, and nutritional suppliments to try to help detox my liver, (I take several meds for panic/anxiety), improve my diet, etc. I have tried herbs, they just messed up my periods, didn't work for me.
I do have adrenal fatigue, and am on natural suppliments for it, but I am so nervous that I don't believe they are working.
My Question is a bit unusual.
Everywhere I go to look, doctors or message boards, I am told I WILL develop more endometriomas, and have more surgery. ARG!! I have gone into PTSD, which I start treatment for next week. I am terrified and convinced I will have more surgery soon because of the excess estrogen. Now, I know no one has a crystal ball, but I am still convinced I am doomed.

IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE GOING THROUGH ESTROGEN DOMINANCE, WHO HAS NEVER HAD SURGERY??? That is my question.

I need to hear from real people who have not had horror stories, to give me hope. Some kind of hope.
Any help is welcome.
Thank you so much,
ValisNERVOUS.
