Dr Kurt Donsbach is going to be one of those natural alternative folks with making Vitamin C more do able.

poor absorption cannot be blamed on digestion only. Donsbach says humans are not designed to absorb nutrients with great efficiency. (excess could be bad).

Donsbach heard @ 2 yrs ago about Liposome Technology.
Individual nutrients can be absorbed much much better.
Vitamin C was Dr. Kurt Donsbach first Liposome study.
Donsbach says Vitamin C normally absorbed with @ 20 percent efficiency.
Donsbach says Vitaminc C Safe in extremely large quantities.
Donsbach says Vitamin C often used in 25 or 50 grams intervenously a day in seriously
off patients. And oral use: Over 6 grams a day (1,200 mg absorbed)resulted in massive (D) which indication poor absorption.
