Re: Now I'm confused (build-up period)
Alive76, I agree with Silverfox in his answer to your message. If you have to take so much vitamin C, then it will do no good to take
Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . Vitamin C is not accumulative; nor is
Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . According to the documents and according to Silverfox's experiments, vitamin C causes
Miracle-Mineral-Supplement to void. It will be a waste.
What I mean by building up:
When you take MMS, it kills so many pathogens that you will have detoxification results; most times nausea, sometimes diarrhea. The liver has problems keeping up with it. So, the instructions say to start with one drop of MMS when you start. Then add another drop each time you take it. Each time you take MMS, it will clear out enough pathogens that you should be able to take more drops the next time. That's what I mean by building up. MMS does not accumulate; so build up is probably not the right phrase for me to use.
Most people start, then stay at a low dose for a long time; causing this build up phase to last a long time too. They probably do this because they have so many pathogens they just can't seem to proceed. My feeling is that we should forge ahead as quickly as possible, within the guidelines. Get it over with; and get to maintenance. However, theory does not always work for everyone. I could not hurry either. And still, I have to stay on maintenance for a long time; because of fungus. So, each person has to assess their own situation and react accordingly.
Now, if we have to do without vitamin C for the duration of the build up phase, it should be best to do as much as possible to get it done. One would have to count on vitamin C from diet; or take C about 4 hours away from MMS.
