Not sure if this was brought forward.. Try and stay away from soaking/using a bath tub if you have a shower that is the better option. You are certainly in contain mode.

Also, you have been provided with a ton of information. My interest is what's your game plan. Changing your diet (big committment but you can do it)is one you have indicated but what do you plan to try on your skin? Which ever path you take understand most here will not try and dis-illusion you into a miracle cure FD is stubborn but certainly no invincible.
