You know how so many people claim the raw vegan diet heals them? Well, I have to say that while it definitely made me feel more functional, it never solved the problem. Now, if I were to not eat ANY fats for a long time and eat nothing but raw, low fat fruits and veggies I would definitely feel myself detox and my health would SOAR. However, I usually get too hungry on this diet to stick with it. Ugh!
This leads me to believe that it IS an oxygen related issue because there is lots of scientific research that has proven that eating a low fat diet increases oxygen in the blood.
Just wondering if there is an easier way to get oxygen into my system. Or if there is a way I good GET RID of the REASON I have too little oxygen in my blood!
