Re: Body detox or purge or something else?
Thank you Lulu for your response.
I know it was hard work!! Well kinda, my husband said I slept away the first 2 weeks of this fast or so haha ( I was drop dead tired and sleeping more than normal). The first fast had alot of more symptoms and seemed alot harder plus I really did not break it very well after the 2-3 day because I began eating to alleviate the hypokalemia. Feels like my constitution is weaker in this fast, or maybe I am just going deeper into tissue toxemia or health crises.. Well whatever the case I am definite candidate for a cleanse whether it is fasting or other.
Thank you for the recipe. Yes I had been thinking of making a broth like that. Saw one somewhere that said you could just use potato peels. Maybe later today or so I will get to the grocery. I noticed that it came from shultze forum. Actually I was reading about his incurable program. I thinking of doing that with the
juicing and my husband was going to do it with me using raw. If you have any thoughts on that program I would be interested to know what you think.
Yes I need to get a working juicer pronto. Probably going with the Jack Lalanne because of affordability at this time. Unplanned expenses really add up... CPU unit will have to be taken care of first.
Eventhough I am non drinker a little red wine can't hurt. I have some Indian friends and they are definite believers in Ayurvedic Medicine. I will try and see and let you know. I noticed some of the
parasite protocols come with tincture made with alcohol so small amounts may come one way or the other. I like seeing what works and doesn't work for me. Sometimes it takes a crow bar to open my mind to the possibilities. I have a friend who talks about doing enemas and intellectually I can see how it is beneficial( not in the fasting state IMHO), just not something I am ready for .. yet.. ;)
Thank you for your suggestions and the recipe. You have been a great help. You never what works until you try it. Thank you for sentiments and I appreciate your comments.
Take Care.
