Body detox or purge or something else?

Hi . I am still post water fast. Getting some weird reactions and looking to understand if anyone has a clue or conjecture they want to offer up.

Last two days, the body is voiding heavily from #1 and 2 with the desire to vomit, fluid coming up into my throat but nothing in the end. Anyway have not done any cleanses for the right sided pain as of yet, don't do enemas etc. I had a seaweed salad and vegetable udon 2 days ago. I eat salads and fruit everyday. Put multigrain bread back in my diet a few days ago, but that is not an everyday thing. Also ate some roasted pumpkin seeds. Those foods were the only thing different.

In general I don't think this is a food thing since when I completed my first 28 day fast and broke it inappropriately after finding the low k had no reactions like the right side pain or this purging issue. I have lost alot of fluids and intestine elements but don't know what is causing this. I am having leg and foots spasms which means to me a possible electrolyte imbalance, which I am trying to oppose with fresh fruit . Is this a post detox reaction possibly? I am having strong left shoulder pain. I know right shoulder /shoulder blade pain can be referred pain from the liver. Don't know if that is related but it is hanging around for one week.
