There is no easy solution to this. You have to make the choice yourself on how you are going to handle it. In the USA around 25% are HSV2 positive, that varies in other parts of the world, so there are many people like us out there.

From my experience, I can only recommend to try to get as informed as possible to assit your choice. Seek out a good sexual health clinic and get a confirmation that you have GHSV2 (genital Herpes virus 2) and they will offer a range of options.

From good health through lifestyle and alternative medicines, to prescription Acyclovir/Valtrex/Famvir you have options. As you may see from my posts above, sunlight moved my OBs away from my genital area; it may not work for you, but I followed my own instincts.

Have an open mind, and get as many views as possible and follow what you think is right for you.
