Re: 3 month old breastfed infant with chronic eczema seborrheic dermatitis
You are looking at diet and the possibilities, great. Whatever diet you are on right now is NOT working. Try more raw. If its processed, suspect it. Stay away from nightshades. If it is a supplement or a vitamin, suspect it. I personally don't take supplements. Food is better.
Raw fruits. I don't see why you are not eating raw fruits. You might want to hop over to Barefoot Herbalist MH at Ask Barefoot for his advice. I'm sure he can fix you up.
Raw animal foods for you like wild ocean salmon or wild tuna sashimi. The omega 3s in them are more powerful than supplements and work much faster. Raw fertilized eggs are better. You can have bone broths of soup too. See weston price foundation. You may need to add animal foods and animal fats to your diet.
Detox yourself. (but schedule breastfeeding breaks then) The
Antibiotics probably just covered up your condition by killing the garbage men, the bacteria, you still have waste in your body. Maybe you are constipated and need a colon cleanse,
kidney cleanse and a
Liver Flush and a vco detox. Your body may be using your breast milk as an outlet of waste and your waste is being passed on to your baby.
Make environmental checks. Clean up your pollution. See
Hulda Clark 's Book Cure for all Diseases for pollution avoidance. Such as pets in the house, chemicals in the house, paint, smoke from the garage.
Stop using personal care products on yourself like soap, shampoo, toothpaste, deodorant, makeup, lotions, alcohol, anti-bacterial soaps, etc.
Soap vs Detergents. Be vigilant with the soap. There was a good advice replied to you. Stay away from detergents and fabric softeners. Use soap for your laundry. Use soap for your dish washing.

Sunshine. You and your baby get daily sunshine. Direct. Bare skinned.
Pure water. Distill your own water.
Fresh air. Not airconditioning. Free flowing fresh air all day and night.
Bath water, no chlorine. Boil baby's bath water first to let all chlorine evaporate. No need to soap him if he is that sick.
