3 month old breastfed infant with chronic eczema seborrheic dermatitis

Hello. I would like to hear from people who were able to cure
their babies eczema, what were the circumstances and what WORKED. I AM
DESPERATE FOR HELP. Here are my circumstances:

*Daddy has asthma/psoriasis.
*A few weeks ago baby developed cradle cap, then it spread to his face
and then to his elbows, tummy, and back. It is not very bad on his
body, but his face and scalp are horrible. The poor little guy is
always trying to itch and scratches himself horribly. The patches on his face and hairline are red and scaly and at times look like bad burns with weeping and yellow scales. His scalp is yellow and scaly. His body has little red bumps on his tummy and back and his elbows have very small yellow scaly spots. He is very good natured and a very easy baby other than this so PRAISE THE LORD FOR THAT! But it almost makes it worse because I can tell it really bothers him and of course he doesn't know what it is and he still smiles!
*I am exclusively breastfeeding, and he is a great nurser.
*I had Antibiotics during delivery as I test positive for strep b,
other than that a completely natural birth.
*My oldest son never developed this problem and has no allergies,
although he was formula fed from 2 months on as my milk dried up.
However, he did have horrible reflux/spit up problems and this baby
does not. Oldest was also VERY FUSSY and this baby is not.
*Based on what I have read so far this is what I am doing...eating
sprouted bread, lots of good fats, veggies, eggs, one cup of yogurt
per day, protein, no soy, no fruit, no Sugar or artificial sweetners, no dairy other than yogurt, taking vit B supp, taking primrose oil, quercetin, cod liver
oil, coconut oil, flaxseed oil, vit E, and I think that's it.
*I have tried a mild tree oil soap, rubbing coconut oil on his scalp
and face, and olive oil. The tea tree oil soap really seemed to make it
much worse, and the coconut oil did too. olive oil didn't make it
worse, but hasn't seemed to do anything for it. I tried a calendula cream and that seems to help a little bit but not much. I have always used only very natural products on him.
CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME AND MY LITTLE GUY??!!!???
Also, I have a probioitic that i was taking then I read that they can
make his rash worse...any thoughts on that?
