Committing to the following
Lot's of good information
Between my heart arrythmia (with supplements which don't seem to be working , but I will continue taking) and my cholesterol, I will be committing the next three months to the following (deciding not to resume my lipitor for now)
Omega3/EPA/DHA + Vit E/Selenium
Cal/Mag (500/250) + Vit D and A
100 mg CoQ10
2000 mg Vit C caps + 1 EmergenC (Total 3K C) and I drink a lot of OJ or eat oranges
1/2 cup almonds (At Aldi's they are unit priced at only 4.65/lb)
2 cloves of garlic a day
Trying to lower my sugar (A1C at 6.4, up from 6.0) - I'll be avoiding sugar and flour products, and other white carbs (potatoes/rice/spaghetti/noodles)
Fruits, vegetables, fish, chicken, limited red meats
Can't do everything. Probably forgetting something.
Please comment. Anything I really don't need or should absolutely add.
