I'm convinced I should be taking CoQ10. How much? Dosages are ALL OVER the place. I saw studies only in the range of 50-150mg. I saw one site which wouldn't reccommend over 60mg. The drug stores have 100, 200 and 400mg. Another site says anything over 100 should be spread out over the day. So CoQ10 is good for the heart and suggested also for arythmia, which I also have.
