Six months ago I had reduced my Lipitor to 2 1/2 mg every other day and tested at 189 total / 104 LDL on my cholesterol. Thought it was a good time to stop it altogether and just keep doing what I was doing. Liver Flushing, Bowel Cleansing, Salt Water Flushing. Diet restricting sugar, processed flour, and meat. This past week had a six month blood test.
Total cholesterol 227 / 154 on the LDL :-( :-( :-(
For the time being going back to 5mg every other day.
Where should I re-focus to lower the LDL. (The HDL was OK)
Note: In the process of looking for info on LDL, I also came across articles which link Cancer and Parkinson's risk to LDL levels that are too low. What's right?
