BEST choice, do the colon, kidney and parasite cleanse BEFORE your first liver flush.  I was in an emergency situation and DID NOT do this and had a fine flush.

Because of the job I was doing when I used the oxygen cleanser, it made having liquid, sometimes urgent bowel movements very unpleasant for me.  I MUCH prefer the LBB!

Rather than wait another week of 2 for your products to arrive overseas, then another week for the cleansing to get to day 7, I'd eat 2 days of fruit only and flush on the 3rd day.  When the products arrive, start using them as recommended.  We aren't talking about waiting for months to start cleansing, just days.  You'll get started on cleansing in plenty of time for your 2nd flush.
