Re: Emergency Flush Prep Questions

Hi,

To answer your question about dehydration. I am not sure why Hulda Clark e says no fluids after 2 pm. The only time I have felt really weak was when I followed that part of the protocol as I got dehydrated. I found that I could safely drink water after 2 pm. I would drink water every hour till I did the first Epsom Salts dose. I would chase the Epsom Salts dose with a large glass of water. Then I would drink another glass of water an hour later. Then an hour after that I would take the second Epsom Salt dose and chase it right away with a large glass of water. Then I would not drink water after that as I wanted an empty stomach for the olive oil and grapefruit juice.

On the day of the flush I would only eat fruit. Fruit digests completely in about 2 hours. That way I was sure all digestion was done before I started the Epsom Salts . I found that I did much better with only eating fruit the day of the flush. Then, I figured out that if I was getting hungry in the afternoon before the Epsom doses that I could make The Master Cleanse drink, except I would leave the cayenne pepper out. I just used the lemon juice with half the amount of maple syrup and a few drops of stevia in warm water. It worked just as well as drinking just plain water, except it cut my hunger. The Liver Flushes always worked too.

The above is my experience from having done 38 flushes.

You should be able to use the digestive enzymes on the day of the flush without any problems. However, if you stick to fruit only you shouldn't need the digestive enzymes.

By the way, though many eople drink the Epsom salts and don't have to go until the next day, there are also people (me included) who are madly running to the toilet within an hour or so of taking the Epsom salts. But, I am usually cleaned out by 10:30pm (if took Epsom at 6pm and 8pm). Therefore I delay the olive oil and grapefruit juice until about 10:20 pm. That way I finish cleaning out and can go to sleep for the night. In other words, don't panic if you start running to the bathroom shortly after taking the Epsom salts. It is actually normal for some people.
