Thank you so much for that reply! When my other two cleanses come in, I thought one was supposed to be done before the other? Do you have any opinions? I thought I even read you stay away from Oxypowder ?? Sorry if I am wrong on this....I think I read do the bowel first so that you are clean when the parasites(if you have any) want to come out.

I am so anxious because I am so weak now. I am drinking peppermint tea trying to get the bile flowing so I have just a little energy. I pray I am one of those without any flush complications and that I can look back and see how silly I was : )
