If you're already having diarrhea, do you need to take the Epsom Salts the day after? Isn't it just to flush out. I understand the pre- Epsom Salts are for opening the ducts, but I'm thinking if I take it the night before I'll go have D... right away..? When I was so sick with no result flushing 10+ years ago, nobody was mentioning the Epsom Salts to me so I'm thinking it's mighty important.- WSW Tweet
