for the day of the flush, all you really need to eat is fruit. As mentioned earlier by plz, the enzymes are already within the fruit. I personally make out real well with fruit, one type, all I can eat during the morning. Then I follow it with the broth of a homemade vege soup, for lunch. You do not 'have' to eat oatmeal. You do not 'have' to eat soup. Just look at the food content, and stay away of all fats for that day. I am terribly new to all this stuff too, I remember being really scared of this 'unknown'. momobaba
