I couldn't agree with you more - it has taken me years to reach essentially the same conclusion. I eat healthily, I exercise, choose organic food, avoid Sugar and caffeine and alcohol, and yet I still suffer.

In fact, when I didn't eat healthily and went out clubbing and drinking til 2am every weekend, my skin was essentially the same!

It is NOT down to what you put on your skin, or the quality of food you eat - I'm not saying these don't have an effect, because obviously there's a difference between looking tired, fat and run down or healthy and full of energy, but in long-standing cases, it must come down to an internal imbalance of hormones.

The question of course is, how do you successfully, permanently and naturally balance out your hormones?

This is something I am trying to figure out at the moment. If I find out anything that works for me I will post post post!
