That's sort of getting into the chicken/egg debate. What came first, what caused what?

I know the exact moment my health began to decline and my mind started warping. 4th grade. However, I can't tell you if it was due to the psychological damage my mother and my peers did to me, or if it was the garbage I had been eating my whole life.

What came first?

I agree with you that you have to find a way to have fun and forget sometimes. I too have a serious problem doing that sometimes.
