BTW, there is a constipation forum but that didn't help me terribly much and I've come to believe that severe constipation is too big of an issue for a single answer.
When I came to curezone 2 years ago, I probably had 1 BM a week or less. This has been the case for over 10 years. I had no clue you were supposed to go every day! Now I wonder where did it all go??? Who knows since I'm not especially big and weigh the same now that things are better. But anyway, yeah the doctor was shocked and gave me a Thyroid test as well. Levels came back ok, but my feet are cold and body temp is low so I do take some Iodine. From my readings we're not getting enough in the US so can't hurt.
Ok, back to constipation: I now go daily without help. First thing is I don't buy the whole fiber thing AT ALL. Even now I find for me that by more than a little grains, that doesn't do well by me. Yes, by taking ground golden flax I can have a BM but it seems to me that I'm artificially bulking them up and they stop if I stop with the flax so it is not a solution. I also find that I need a TON of water when eating grains and not so much when eating mostly foods with water (fruits/veggies). I suspect the fiber thing is a good part of why there is a push to drink so much water, and I drink plenty, trust me.
I have done 5 liver flushes, a Master Cleanse, a
parasite Cleanse and a
Bowel Cleanse (I use
Oxypowder ). I've read some literature that the
Liver Flushes should eventually get things working. This could be key for you. I tried finding the link.... basically Andrew Moritz explained that the
Liver Flushing bile is what makes the bowels move so fixing the liver will fix constipation once things are cleared out. I had done the
Oxypowder cleanse which cleans stuff out but afterwards things still weren't working great one their own yet. For me, the real change was seen when I did Humaworm (a
parasite cleanse) followed by a
Liver Flush (got out all the dead liver flukes) and then a bowel cleanse. I did this all at the beginning of the year. If I only eat minimal grains and keep up with the plant foods, I have been going daily, obviously a big improvement over weekly or less! I've been regular like this for about a month now so the results seem to be sticking.
