I think thats what I thought I did not like. I did it AFTER doing your exercise of sitting down to find the limiting beliefs, turning them around into positives and doing several rounds of affirmations. It felt like going back to negative. What it REALLY was was that I was finding more blockages which did not feel good!
So, I will do this again. knowing what it was makes me feel good about doing it :-)
