Is this method better/more effective than doing the exercises with affirmations following finding the limiting beliefs you suggested before?

I noticed in this one, you do not turn your beliefs into positives. You basically just tap on the limiting belief until you feel better and move up one emotion on the EGS.

I tried tapping last week and did not really enjoy speaking negative statements. I found I liked your exercise better where you turn the statements around into positives and then move up the EGS from day to day that way by just doing the affirmations.

I know I ended up finding new blockages as I went along and with that a shifting of emotions as mentioned in a post below. Will this be prevented by applying the EFT method instead?
