Re: some ideas (edited)
I feel music very much and I love dancing too. The music of the meditations of Osho is AWESOME, impossible not to love it (especially the one of the kundalini meditation). The first time I made a dynamic meditation of Osho, at the 4th stage i fainted, I dropped to the floor like this, well that is an incredible turning point of the meditation becuase in the three stages before you go really wild at many levels, and then in the fourth you have to stop where you are and all that energy just comes back to you and it is almost impossible to stand it.
I'm sure you'll find a center of Osho wherever you live. Osho has a way to base a concept of freedom on a great inforcement of the first chakras and the rooting, which I feel are your point of strength too.
A few years ago I used to put in the pocket the CD player (now it would be the ipod), put a scarf on my eyes, very important, and dance and dance for hours the most varied kind of music, it was so strong that at times I was in tears and had to take a pause. You don't need to call it meditation if that makes you feel like escaping, just put the scarf on. That was at least for me, almost addictive and almost orgasmic. Very strong
