HOW to realign?


So in looking at the Law of Attraction, it talks about how you can't force yourself to do something you don't truly WANT to do, rather you must align with it meaning that it will come naturally because you'll find you enjoy it. This is almost a catch 22 where you know you should do something but you can't force yourself to feel right with it/align, you must relax into it but in relaxing you go to bad habits instead because you're not aligned. What change must be made, HOW does one come to align without attempting to force a change in feelings? This I have not figured out yet.

I have a new book from the Hicks' and I understand the concept of LOA but when you're currently STUCK in something, there is the HOW. You can't MAKE your feelings different. How to find that perspective? How to change where you WANT to be when you want to be both in the good place and with the bad habits? I would love to hear people's perspective/experience with this one. I hope I explained it well.
