Oooo, I wonder where you read that I like dancing! Thank you for your thoughtful response. Interestingly, I've never been so good at meditation but a moving meditation (back to dancing/movement theme) works very well to relax me. You have me thinking about techniques and maybe I can incorporate that. Even tho I know I like it, I always end up letting it go and going back to it. Perhaps it's time to bring it back...
