The average african villager maybe exposed to malaria, and other virus, but the our fairly untouched by Leaded Gasoline fumes, Air Pollution (other than wood smoke), Prepackage food, fluorodated water, bromated bread and pastry, transfat, prescription drugs,candida, Gluten intorerance, mercury fillings on and on.

Think of it this way when the Miracle-Mineral-Supplement hits the average african villagers system; that system loaded with malaria virus. The Miracle-Mineral-Supplement only has to deal with one issue, after reading the book I noticed that those villagers that did have a reaction usually vomited worms or something similar.
