I think I have found my comfort level after using Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for so long and experimentation of activators and diluent.

Jim Humble says “Has anyone been hurt? No. Thousands of patients later there are only thousands of happy, well people with [no]one claiming any lasting negative side effects. In actuality, there are a few instant reactions in about one out of a hundred people, but that’s not side effects. The reaction normally lasts less than 30 minutes.”

I believe him in this Africa study. However everyone, on this board, is most likely taking Miracle-Mineral-Supplement daily for weeks/months. In the African study, these people were given large doses once or twice. Was there any follow up a few days later? Weeks later? I don't trust these studies. I do believe they were cured after one or two doses; but how many continued with a maintenance dose? If we followed the Jim Humble approach, we would not do this "ramp up" procedure. I am still convinced that a maintenance dose of 4 to 6 drops is harmless to anything other than parasites.

Another thing. "When I went back and read peoples experiences, I didn’t notice them being done with their side effects in 30 minutes. Just what is going on here?" It has been my experience that my detox symptoms do not last long, and I have a lot of experience. 2 times I've had nausea and vomiting. Once I purged this, I was remarkably better. It lasted no more than 30 minutes. Several times I would have diarrhea. I would purge about 2 a day when that happened. That would certainly be more than 30 minutes; as I would need to purge twice a day in this case. However, it was controllable.
