Tom, I agree with you regarding herxheimer. I also understand and appreciate your original post. It will help so many people. You found the solution with your fine critical thinking mind. I came to my solution for me through trial and long duration (6 months). I like your solution far, far better.

Even the allopath world accepts Herxheimer. When we follow your advice, we should have no problem. When we get excited and move to fast on this, we suffer the consequence of die-off such that the liver cannot keep up. I do not believe that this is a poisoning by the chemical; as some posters have projected. It might as well be though. I think the liver probably feels poisoned.

So many people have feared the detox symptoms so much; that they don't really want to move forward and may even give up (or not start). Your evidence may relieve this fear.
