Re: a word of caution

I'm sorry you had such a hard time of it blackngold. It is not my opinion only though it is that of experienced fasting doctors I am passing on from my research. The temperature dropping a few degrees is normal in any fast. The lowest I've measured myself personally has been 34.2 degrees celcius with no signs of discomfort, or even feeling cold for that matter, at all.

My opinion and yours can differ, and I am certainly open to being wrong. But what you have stated so far and the opinions of a doctor who knows nothing about fasting do not convince me that I- or the authorities I have read regarding this matter- are at all wrong.

I hope however you continue to tackle this health issue you concquer it soon.

Take care,

Andrew.
