Coke LF

I bought the Ultra Phos like Dr. Sutter suggested and used apple cider for 3 days and tried the LC last night around 11 pm. I made sure my last meal was around 5 pm. It is 9 am and nothing. I took some colosan to try to get things moving in warm water. I haven't eaten yet and when I do it will be light and I'm drinking plenty of water.

When I was laying on my right side or any side, I could hear the gurgurling so I know it was doing something. I did the clark Liver-Flush last year and I had results but it was not worth the misery.

I made sure I had peppermint tea on hand for any nausea. I also was taking Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for 1 ½ months to clear out patheons and parasites. I stopped a few days before the coke LC. I think that would be too taxing on my body. I was at 15 drops and got bad D so I know my colon was clean
Finally around 3:00 pm to 7 pm I had 8 explosive BM. I don't know if these are stones because they are soft but look like little jagged tanish grey rocks. Are these liver stones – they were not hard, rather soft like clay and there were some red and beige short spaghetti looking strands. What could that be parasites?? I really don’t want to dig in the toilet and take them to a lab. Uckk
The color of the BM is runny and mustard colored.
I'm glad I got some results..I was just expecting them in the morning. I will eat light the rest of the day and drink my Master-Cleanse tea.
